Welcome to Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts. By accessing our website, purchasing products, registering for workshops, or participating in any events or services offered by Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General
Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any products, services, workshops, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
All products, floral designs, workshops, and event offerings are subject to availability.
Because many of our creations are handcrafted and utilize natural materials, slight variations in color, shape, size, and floral materials may occur. Such variations are not considered defects and are part of the artistic nature of handmade work.
Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or greater value when necessary due to availability.
3. Orders & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If a payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued when applicable.
4. Workshops & Events
Registration for workshops, classes, private events, and corporate events is subject to our published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Missed attendance, late arrivals, or early departures do not qualify for refunds, credits, make-up sessions, or transfers.
Workshop registrations, event tickets, and tuition payments are non-transferable and may not be converted into store credit unless otherwise stated in writing.
Materials from missed workshops may be available for pickup when applicable; however, no additional instruction, private lessons, or make-up sessions will be provided.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, artwork, designs, logos, written content, course materials, and website content are the exclusive property of Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
7. Photography & Media Release
Photographs and videos may be taken during workshops, events, and studio activities.
By attending our workshops or events, participants grant Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts permission to use such photographs and videos for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes unless a written request is submitted prior to the event.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in workshops, events, and studio activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, personal property loss, indirect damages, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services, events, workshops, or use of our products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
