Fresh Flower Orders

Fresh flowers are living botanical creations that naturally evolve over time. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed and individually prepared for every order.

To ensure the highest quality and freshness, flowers are carefully selected, sourced, and prepared in advance based on each client’s specific order and event date. Once materials have been purchased and production has begun, the associated costs cannot be recovered.

For this reason, all fresh flower purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

 

Preserved Flower Creations

Our preserved flower designs are handcrafted using premium preserved botanicals sourced from around the world. Each arrangement is individually created by hand, making every piece unique.

Due to the handmade nature of these creations, all preserved flower purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Every bespoke creation at Grace Aesthetic is designed exclusively for the individual client. Custom orders require consultation, design development, creative planning, and dedicated production tailored to the specific needs of each project.

Because each commission involves significant time, artistic development, and resources that are reserved exclusively for the client, all custom and bespoke orders are considered final sale once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

This includes:

* Personalized floral gifts

* Wedding florals

* Event florals

* Corporate floral installations

* Custom commissions

* Special-order projects

 

Workshop & Experience Bookings

- Public Workshops

Due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials, full payment is required at the time of registration for all public workshops.

All public workshop registrations are considered final sale and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted into studio credit. Participants who are unable to attend, including no-shows, are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.

Participants who are unable to attend may arrange to collect the prepared materials and complete the project independently.

Please note that material pickup does not include online instruction, private makeup sessions, additional teaching time, separate lessons, or any form of substitute instruction unless purchased separately.

- Private Events & Corporate Bookings

A non-refundable deposit, typically equal to 50% of the total event or workshop fee, is required to secure all private events and corporate bookings. Clients may also choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking.

The remaining balance, if applicable, is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Once the booking falls within 14 days of the scheduled event date, all payments made become non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted into studio credit.

Deposits compensate for reserved dates, event planning, administrative preparation, instructor scheduling, and resources allocated specifically for the booking.

Participants who do not attend a scheduled private event, corporate workshop, or group booking are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.

Prepared materials may be collected and completed independently; however, material pickup does not include online instruction, private makeup sessions, additional teaching time, separate lessons, or any form of substitute instruction unless purchased separately.

Requests to reschedule may be considered solely at the discretion of Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts and are subject to availability.

 

Cancellations by Grace Aesthetic

Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts is committed to providing all scheduled workshops, private events, and experiences as planned. Cancellations initiated by Grace Aesthetic are extremely rare and will only occur under circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government advisories, public safety concerns, instructor emergencies, or unforeseen events that may impact the safety of our guests and staff.

During winter months, weather-related cancellations will generally follow official government announcements, emergency declarations, or transportation advisories.

In the unlikely event that Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts must cancel a workshop or event, participants will be offered either:

* A full refund, or

* Credit toward a future workshop or event.
