Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing times may vary and will be communicated individually.

 

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

* United States: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and seasonal demand.

 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Grace Aesthetic Flower & Arts is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of the recorded delivery time shown by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

To assist with your claim, please provide clear photographs of:

* The outer packaging

* The shipping label

* Any damaged contents

Claims submitted after the 12-hour reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Please contact us prior to placing your order for availability and scheduling.
