A New York-based W-agashi artist, instructor, and founder of OSHIRIAI Wagashi Studio. She is a direct disciple of Junichi Mitsuhori and the successor of the Kadou Ichika-ryu tradition, bringing a refined yet contemporary interpretation of Japanese nerikiri wagashi. Her work explores the intersection of Japanese tea confectionery heritage and its broader East Asian cultural roots, translating traditional techniques into elegant, modern aesthetics.
